Bwloto is an Icelandic company owned by Sverrir Orn Sveinsson, Ivar Unnthorsson, Johann G. Sigurdsson and Aleksandar Micic. The team behind Bwloto comes from Betware, later Novomatic Lottery Solutions (NLS).
The purpose of Bwloto is to provide expert services and products to the global regulated lottery and gaming market.
Ivar Hermann Unnthorsson, CEO of Bwloto has been working in the lottery market since 2001 and held the position of deputy CEO of Betware (later NLS) as well as CEO of the daughter companies in Serbia, Spain, Denmark, Poland and Canada. For the past 3 years has served as CTO for an established Casino provider so has extensive experience across both markets.
Sverrir Orn Sveinsson, CTO of Bwloto has been working in the lottery market since 2002 and held the position of Head of development in Serbia, Solutions Architect, Technical Manager, Product Manager and most recently as Director of Software Engineering at NLS.
Johann G. Sigurdsson, CCO of Bwloto has over 20 years of experience leading commercial and business development in the B2B space. Since 2012 Johann has worked in the Lottery and Gaming industry, working for Betware, Novomatic lottery Solutions, Microgaming and Pollard Digital.
Currently Bwloto is a group of over 30 people all with a long standing background in Online Casino and Lotteries.
